Site Review & Preconstruction Services
Hire us for a preconstruction site consultation. We’ll visit your property (or review your potential site), identify the best way to layout your project on your site, and provide expert feedback. If you move forward with us, this fee is credited toward your total build cost.
Step 3
Design & Planning
Work with our designers to create your perfect sustainable home. We’ll tailor the design to your needs, lifestyle, and land—with a focus on healthy materials and energy efficiency. Once the design is ready, we help with permitting.
Step 4
Prefabrication & Site Prep
We prefabricate your home’s components in our facility while prepping your site for construction. This parallel process means faster builds, less disruption, and consistent quality.
Step 5
Build & Installation
Our team delivers and installs your new home on your site, efficiently assembling everything with mass timber and sustainable systems.
Step 6
Move-In & Commissioning
We guide you through the final walkthrough, commission building systems, and answer any questions—making sure your new home is healthy, comfortable, and move-in ready.
