CedarStone’s prefabricated housing solutions are developed through an integrated design and fabrication process. Structures are built off-site under controlled conditions, allowing for precise coordination of structure, systems, and finishes before delivery. CedarStone’s shop is set up for both flat-pack and volumetric modular prefabrication.
By fabricating in-house, CedarStone reduces uncertainty during installation, minimizes on-site disruption, and ensures that what is designed is exactly what arrives on site.
