Responsibilities
 

• Develop architectural designs for prefab and mass timber structures.

• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.

• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Engage in project planning, including site analysis and material selection.

• Participate in client meetings to discuss design concepts and requirements.

• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Assist in the development and presentation of design proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related field.

• Proficiency in Revit, and other architectural design software.

• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong cultural competency skills, including humility, compassion, self-awareness, and good listening.

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
 

• Knowledge of building science principles.

• Familiarity with prefabrication processes.

• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.

• Passion for net zero housing, innovation, healthy homes, and sustainable dwellings.

• Willingness to travel.
