The cost of site preparation can also be impacted by variables such as soils conditions, road access, landscaping, and tree removal. With CedarStone, we take all of these factors into consideration and offer estimates that are tailored to your specific needs and circumstances.

Foundation: ~ $30k - $50k+

Foundation costs reflect site grade, foundation type, seismic zone, and soil type among other considerations.

House and Complete Project Management: ~ $400 - $700 per square foot

House prices vary based on our clients' selection of construction type, fixtures, appliances, finishes, and renewable energy integrations. However, this range accommodates most mass timber builds.
